1305 - Ordinance - Amending No. 1161 and 1152 POMC 10.12.020 Parking HoursORDINANCE NO. 1305 ✓� AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD AMENDING NO. 1161 Sl; ORDINANCE NO. 1152 S 12 (Port Orchard Municipal Code Chapter-10.12.020) PROHIBITING PARKING DURING CERTAIN HOURS ON CERTAIN STREETS THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: (35� - 'Fl;/b Section 1. Ordinance No. 1166, Section 1 and Ordinance No. 1152, Section 12 (Port Orchard Municipal Code 10.12.020) are hereby amended to read as follows: p�cl•�3� b�I�V SECTION 12-PARKING PROHIBITED DURING CERTAIN HOURS ON CERTAIN STREETS. When signs are erected in each block giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified herein of any day except Sunday and public holidays within the district or upon any of the streets or parts of streets decribed below: (a) Bay Street from Bank Street to Maple Street, from three a.m. to five a.m.; (b) Sidney Street from Prospect Street north to parking lot, from three a.m. to five a.m.; (c) Frederick Street from Prospect Street north from three a.m. to five a.m.; (d) West side of Sidney Avenue from DeKalb Street to Dwight Street from seven a.m. to eight a.m.; (e) DeKalb Street from the intersection of DeKalb Street and Tracy Avenue east to the end of Dekalb Street from seven a.m. to eight a.m.; (f) East side of Prospect Street from Kitsap Street to Prospect Street corner from seven a.m. to eight a.m.; (g) Frederick Street from Bay Street north to the waterfront parking area on Saturdays from eight a.m. to one p.m. from April 1 through October 31. Section 2. Severability Clause. If any provision of this ordinance or its appli- cation to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the ordiance, or the application of the pro- vision to other persons or circumstances is not affected.
