AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AMENDING SECTION 15.08.020 (PORT ORCHARD
MUNICIPAL CODE) ADOPTING THE 1985 UNIFORM
PLUMBING CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Port Orchard Municipal Code,
Section 15.08.020 is amended as follows:
15.08.020 Adopting the Uniform Plumbing Code. The
1985 edition of the International Association of Plumbing and
Mechanical Officials' Union Plumbing Code, including the admin-
istration chapter installation requirements, appendices, tables
and insulation standards, is adopted by this reference pursuant
to the provisions of RCW 35.21.180 as the official plumbing code
of the City. Such adoption by reference, however, shall be
subject to the amendments and additions to the adopted plumbing
code as set forth in this chapter.
