PROCEDURE TO ALLOW EXCEPTIONS TO
OWNERSHIP RESTRICTIONS FOR DOGS AND
CATS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. THAT Ordinance No. 1059, Section
1, (Port Orchard Municipal Code 7.12.100) shall be amended
to read as follows:
7.12.100 014NERSHIP RESTRICTIONS. The number of
dogs or cats at a single-family dwelling unit shall be
restricted to a total of three dogs and/or cats, unless
the owner of such dogs and/or cats shall obtain the approval
of the City Council upon a showing of undue hardship for
additional dogs and/or cats at such single-family dwellinq
unit.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor of the City of Port Orchard this 23rd day of September,
1985.
