1330 - Ordinance - Amending the 1985 BudgetORDINANCE NO. 1330 � AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD WASHINGTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1985 AND ORDERING APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the following appropriations of revenue received in excess of anticipated amounts, from refunds and unencumbered portions of fund balances are hereby ordered: (a) An amount of $75,000.00 to Current Expense Fund for General Government Departmental Services, Police Department, and Fire Department. (b) An amount of $25,000 to the Street Fund. Section 2. That the following reappropriations of unreserved fund balance to operating transfers are hereby ordered: (a) An amount of $139.00 in the Cumulative Reserve for Street Capital Improvements Fund. Section 3. That the following appropriation for Interfund Loan transfer is hereby ordered: (a) An amount of $5,000.00 in the Water -Sewer 1984 Revenue Bond Fund. Section 4. That the following reappropriations of revenue to redeem outstanding coupons, at the end of 1984, are hereby ordered: (a) An amount of $312.50 to G.O. Bond 1975 Fund. (b) An amount of $5,337.50 to G.O. Bond 1976 Refunding Fund. PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 23rd Day of December, 1985. LESLIE J.
