WASHINGTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE
YEAR 1984 AND AUTHORIZING REAPPROPRIATION
OF FUNDS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DO
1:1.lvm
Section 1. THAT the City Treasurer is hereby
authorized to transfer the following:
The amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) from
Street Fund -Paving (101-542.30) to ByPass Fund (103-541.20)
to provide for the purchase of additional right of way
property.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Port Orchard
and APPROVED by the Mayor this 9th day of April, 1984.
