AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE
YEAR 1984 BY AUTHORIZING REAPPROPRIATION
OF ENCUMBERED FUNDS AND ORDERING APPROPRIATION
FROM UNENCUMBERED PORTIONS OF FUND BALANCES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. THAT the following appropriation
from unencumbered portions of fund balances is hereby
ordered:
(a) An amount of Seven Thousand Four Hundred
Dollars ($7,400) to Cumulative Reserve for Municipal
Facilties (302-572.50.62) library facilites
SECTION 2. THAT the City Treasurer is hereby
authorized to transfer the following:
(a) The amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000)
from Street Fund -Sidewalk Construction (101-541.61) to
Cumulative Reserve for Municipal Facilities -Library Facilities
(302-572.50.62) to provide for additional remodeling expenses.
