AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
WASHINGTON CREATING A FUND TO BE KNOWN
AS BY-PASS DEBT RESERVE FUND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFPORT ORCHARD DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. THAT there is hereby created a By-pass
Debt Reserve Fund for accumulation of the City's share of
Kitsap County Bond Debt for construction of the Port Orchard
By -Pass.
SECTION 2. The City Treasurer is hereby authorized
to place future revenues, to be specified by Council action
in this fund.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor of the City of Port Orchard, Washington on this 27th
day of August, 1984.
