AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
WASHINGTON ORDERING APPROPRIATION OF
UNENCUMBERED PORTIONS OF FUND BALANCES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. THAT the following appropriation
from unencumbered portions of fund balances is hereby
ordered:
(a) An amount of One Hundred Eighty -Nine Thousand
Dollars ($189,000) from Cumulative Reserve for Street Capital
Improvements Matching Funds to By-pass Debt Reserve Fund.
PASSED by the City Council and APPRVOED by the
Mayor of the City of Port Orchard this 27th day of August,
1984.
