AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
WASHINGTON ORDERING APPROPRIATION OF
UNANTICIPATED REVENUES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. THAT the following appropriation of
unanticipated revenues received from the State of Washington,
Office of Financial Management for D.W.I. Impact Grant Funds
is hereby ordered:
(a) An amount of Nine Thousand Four Hundred
Eighty -One Dollars ($9,481.00) received from the State of
Washington, Office of Financial Management, D.W.I. Impact
Act Grant Funds to provide transitional funding to offset
the initial cost impact of the prosecution and adjudication
of D.W.I. cases. (D.W.I. Impact Grant Funds Special
Constions attached)
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor of the City of Port Orchard on this 24th day of
September, 1984.
