AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
WASHINGTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE
YEAR 1984 AND ORDERING APPROPRIATION OF
FUNDS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following appropiations of
revenue received in excess of anticipated amounts, from refunds,
grants and unencumbered portions of fund balances are hereby
ordered:
(a) An amount of $800,000.00 to Current Expense Fund
for General Government Departmental Services, Police Dept., Fire
Dept., Park Dept. and Otter Financing Uses.
(b) An amount of $50,000.00 to the Street Fund.
(c) An amount of $1,565,000.00 to the By -Pass Fund.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Port Orchard and
APPROVED by the Mayor this 26th day of December, 1984.
