AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
WASHINGTON AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 878, AND SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE NO.
692 (Port Orchard Municipal Code 5.60.040)
DESIGNATING THE NUMBER OF LICENSES ALLOWED
FOR THE SALE OF FIREWORKS WITHIN THE CITY
OF PORT ORCHARD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. THAT Section l of Ordinance No. 878
and Section 4 of Ordinance No 692 (Port Orchard Municipal
Code Section 5.60.040) is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 4. Number of Licenses and Stands Limited.
Only seven (7 licenses shall be issued annually in the City
and each licensee is entitled to only one (1) retail outlet.
The license is non -transferable.

Mayor this 23rd day of May, 1983.
