AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF
AN UNNAMED ALLEYWAY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: a portion of an unnamed alley further
described herein is hereby vacation as requested in
petition submitted by Michael S. and Claudia J. Capeloto.
The City reserves unto itself an easement 10 feet
in width running north and south within the vacated portion
for future utility extension.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: That portion
of alley lying between Lots 7 through
19 and Lots 30 through 42, Block 2
Sweany's 2nd Addition to Sidney
according to Plat recorded in
Volume 2 of Plats, Page 18, in
Kitsap County, Washington
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Iiayor this 15th day of August, 1983.
