AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A PORTION
OF A TRAFFIC STATUTE NOT CONTAINED
IN THE WASHINGTON MODEL TRAFFIC
ORDINANCE
THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That a new section be added to Title 10
of the Port Orchard Municipal Code which adopts a portion of RCW
46.20.055 which was not adopted by the "MTO", and which reads as
follows:
DRI`,7ING ALONE ON INSTRUCTION PERT^.IT. Any person
issued an instruction permit by the Department of Licensing for the
operation of any motor vehicle, shall be accompanied by a licensed
driver who has at least five years of driving experience and is
occupvina a seat beside the driver, except if the permittee is
operating a motorcycle.
PASSED by the Citv Council and approved by the Mayor
