AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON AMENDING THE 1983 BUDGET AND
ORDERING DISTRIBUTION OF ANTICIPATED EXCESS
SALES TAX REVENUE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DO ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the following distribution of
sales tax revenue to be received in excess of anticipated
amounts is hereby ordered:
(a) An amount up to $110,000.00 to be placed in
the By -Pass Fund.
(b) The amount that exceeds $110,000.00 to be
placed in the Current Expense Fund.
