AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
WASHINGTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE
YEAR 1983 AND ORDERING APPROPRIATION OF
FUNDS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DO ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the following appropiations of
revenue received in excess of anticipated amounts, from refunds
and from unencumbered portions of fund balances are hereby
ordered:
(a) An amount of $100,000.00 to Current Expense
Fund for General Government Departmental Services, Police Dept.,
Fire Dept. and Park Dept.
Section 2. That the following reappropriations of
unreserved fund balance to expenditures are hereby ordered:
(a) An amount of $1,000.00 in the Cumulative
Reserve for Municipal Facilities Fund.
(b) An amount of $80,000.00 in the Water -Sewer
Cumulative Reserve Fund.
Section 3. That the following reappropriations of
revenue to redeem outstanding coupons, at the end of 1982, are
hereby ordered:
(a) An amount of $321.25 to G. 0. Bond 1976
Refunding Fund.
