AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF MAPLE
STREET
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That portion of Maple Street commencinq from
the SW corner of Sec 25, T 24 N, R 1 E; thence 635 ft
to Southern boundary of Taylor Street thence; S 89°08'
1011E 402.18 Ft to the SW corner of the vacated Taylor
Street, the true point of beginninq. Thence North
1000 ft along the Western property line of Tom Cline's
Addition to the NW corner of Block 10, Lot 7 of Wheelers
Addition; thence, 66 ft West; thence 1000 ft South
along the West boundary of Maple Street; thence 66 ft
East to the TPOB. The City of Port Orchard reserves
unto itself an easement of twenty (20) feet in width
running North and South within the vacated portion
for utilities.
