AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
1143 REGULATING PARKING ON THE SOUTH
SIDE OF DEKALB STREET (Section 10.64.170
Port Orchard Municipal Code)
THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 1143 is hereby amended
to read as follows:
1. Section 10.64.170 (Port Orchard Municpal Code)
Parking time limit on DeKalb Street. There will be three
(3) hour parking (8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M., Monday -Friday) on
DeKalb Street from the intersection of DeKalb Street and
Tracy Avenue east to the end of DeKalb Street and on the
south side of the 700 block of DeKalb Street.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 23rd day of February, 1981.
