AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AMENDING CITY OF PORT ORCHARD COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN ORDINANCE NO. 895; BY AMENDING THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
THEREIN
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Frank Shiers and William Kamps, owners of
record, have initiated a comprehensive plan ordinance amendment
requesting reclassification of property described in said
petition, and all legal requirements have been performed; and
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard Planning Commission
has transmitted to the Council of the City of Port Orchard their
findings and recommendations that the Comprehensive Plan Map
be amended for the reasons stated therein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Council of
the City of Port Orchard does hereby adopt the findings and
recommendations of the Port Orchard Planning Commission as its
own and does hereby reclassify certain property, located at
the southeast corner of the intersection of Cline and Kitsap
Streets.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lots 1, 4 and 5, Block
7, S.M. Stevens Town Plat of Sidney, according
to Plat, Vol. 1 of Plats, Page 1, Kitsap
County
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor
this 27th day of July, 1981.
