AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD AMENDING THE USE AND AREA
MAPS OF ORDINANCE NO. 899;
RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY
THEREIN
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 899, be and hereby are amended (as petitioned by Frank
Shiers and William Kamps) to conform with Chapter 10 as
follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lots 1, 4 and 5, Block
7, S.M. Stevens Town Plat of Sidney, according
to Plat, Vol. 1 of Plats, Page 1, Kitsap
County
be and the same is hereby reclassified from Residential High
to Commercial General (CG) subject to the following
conditions:
1. Land will revert to the zoning classification it had
prior to the rezone if construction on a project is
not started within 18 months of approval of rezone.
2. Property be used for office building type use only.
3. The site shall be developed in conformance with the
site plan attached as Exhibit A and incorporated
herein. Any changes, reversions, or additions
which constitute a major departure from the attached
site plan shall be approved by the City Council.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor
this 27th day of July, 1981.
