AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1053 AND THE USE
AND AREA MAPS OF ORDINANCE NO. 899;
RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY THEREIN
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Those sections of Ordinance No. 1053
pertaining to the following described property are hereby
amended to reclassify as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 35, Township 24,
Range 1 East, Sidney Lane Company 2nd
Addition, Block 006 Lots 5, 6 & 7.
be and the same is hereby reclassified to Residential -High
(RH) from Multi -Family 20 (MF20) subject to the following
conditions:
1. Owners/Developer must comply with Surface
Water Drainage requirements
2. Sidewalk, curbs and gutters be installed along
the east side of the development.
Section 2. All other provisions of Ordinance No.
1053 shall remain in full force and effect.

Mayor this 14th day of September, 1981.
