ORCHARD AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.1054
SECTION 3 AND ORDINANCE NO. 1047
SECTION 6 (Port Orchard Municipal
Code 10.68.040)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
64 Section 1. That Ordinance NO. 1054, Section 3
and Ordinance No. 1047, Section 6 (Port Orchard Municipal
O�ALI ' c(l Code 10.68.040) is hereby amended to read as follows:

10.68.040 PARKING SPACE MARKINGS. The
Chief of Police is instructed to have
lines, markings or signs painted or
placed upon the curb and/or upon the
street, which lines, markings or signs
are to clearly identify the parking
space for which each parking space is
to be used. Each vehicle parking in
such space shall park within the lines
or markings, if painted upon the
street and so established.
