AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
1005 (Chapter 10.64 Port Orchard
Municipal Code) TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1005 (10.64.140
Port Orchard Municipal Code) is hereby amended to read
as follows:
SECTION 1. Parking time limit on Kitsap
Street. There will be no parking on the north side of
Kitsap Street from Prospect Street to Cline Street and the
south side of Kitsap Street from Austin Street to Cline
Street between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 8:00 A.M.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
this 27th day of December, 1979.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, signed by the Mayor, and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this 27th day of
