AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance I,;o. 1125
adopting the City of Port Orchard Criminal
Code Definitions and Provisions, relating
to Peace, Safety and Morals.
THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No.
1125 is amended as follows:
That a certain document, three
copies of which are on file in
the office of the City Clerk
of the City of Port Orchard, be
marked and designated as the City
of Port Orchard Criminal Code,
relating to peace, safety and morals;
and each and all of the regulations,
provisions, conditions and terms
contained therein are hereby re-
ferred to, adopted and made a part
hereof as though fully set out
in the ordinance.
Section 2. There exists, and is hereby
declared to exist, an emergency; and this ordinance is
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
peace, health and safety of the citizens of Port Orchard,
and shall be in full force and effect immediately upon
passage and publication.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of
Port Orchard, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this llth day of
February, 1980.
