AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
1067 RELATING TO AND PROVIDING FOR
THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE
CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1067 annexing property
of Charles Childress and Frank Christen included a
portion of State Route 16 in the annexing description,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT and it hereby is ordained
by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, as follows:
SECTION 1. That the description of Ordinance
No. 1067 be amended to read as follows:
The SW; of the NE; and the NW; of the SEa
of Section 34, Township 24 North, Range
1 East, Willamette Meridian;except that
portion lying southerly of the southerly
margin of Tremont Street and that portion
lying west of the easterly boundary of
State Highway 16
PASSED by the Council and APPROVED by the
