AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD AMENDING
THE STREET FUND BUDGET TO PROVIDE FOR APPROPRIATION
OF BEGINNING FUND BALANCE IN EXCESS OF ESTIMATED
AMOUNT AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF SAME.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Street Fund budget of the City of Port
Orchard for the year 1980 is hereby amended to include the
appropriation of $54,227.11, beginning fund balance in excess
of budget estimate.
Section 2. Expenditure of $54,227.11 for street
maintenance and betterments is hereby authorized and approved.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Port Orchard this
12th day of May, 1980.
