AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AMENDING THE 1980 FEDERAL SHARED REVENUE
FUND BUDGET.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Federal Shared Revenue Fund budget of
the City of Port Orchard for the year 1980 is hereby amended
to include appropriation of $1,000.00 from interest earnings
in excess of budgeted amount to Law Enforcement, Capital
Outlay.
Section 2. The additional expenditure of $1,000.00
for Police Department patrol car and appurtenances is hereby
authorized and approved.
