AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AMENDING THE 1980 FEDERAL SHARED REVENUE
FUND BUDGET.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Federal Shared Revenue Fund budget of
the City of Port Orchard for the year 1980 is hereby amended
to include appropriation of $1,315.00 from interest earnings
in excess of budgeted amount to Law Enforcement, Capital
Outlay and Fire Control Facilities, Capital Outlay.
Section 2. The additional expenditure of $200.00 for
Police Department equipment and $1,115.00 for Fire Department
improvements to facilities is hereby authorized and approved.
