AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AMENDING THE CURRENT EXPENSE FUND BUDGET
TO PROVIDE FOR APPROPRIATION OF REVENUES
RECEIVED IN EXCESS OF ANTICIPATED INCOME
IN THE AMOUNT OF $600.00; AND AUTHORIZING
EXPENDITURE OF SAME FOR POLICE -CAPITAL
OUTLAY.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Current Expense Fund budget of the
City of Port Orchard is hereby amended to inlcude the
appropriation of revenues received in excess of anticipated
income in the amount of $600.00 from August 9, 1980 auction.
Section 2. Expenditure of $600.00 from Current
Expense Fund (Police Department -Capital Outlay) to be used
for renovation of Police Department Squad Room is hereby
authorized.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 25th day of August, 1980.
