ORDINANCE NO..1143
AN ORDINANCE REGULATING PARKING ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF DEKALB STREET FROM THE
INTERSECTION OF DEKALB STREET AND TRACY
AVENUE EAST TO THE END OF DEKALB STREET
AND CREATING A NEW SECTION (Section
10.64.170 Port Orchard Municipal Code)
THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. A new section is hereby created as
1. Section 10.64.170 (Port Orchard Municipal
Code) Parking time limit on DeKalb Street. There will be
three (3) hour parking (8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M. - Monday -
Friday) on DeKalb Street from the intersection of DeKalb
Street and Tracy Avenue east to the end of DeKalb Street.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 13th day of October, 1980.
