1001, 975 and 694 Schedule VIII, Section
III, (Port Orchard Municipal Code 10.64.130)
AUTHORIZING REVISIONS TO PARKING TIME
LIMITATIONS ON PROSPECT STREET
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Ordinance No's. 1064, 1001, 975 and 694, Schedule
VIII, Section III (Port Orchard Municipal Code 10.64.130)
are hereby amended to read as follows:
10.64.130 Parking time limit on Prospect
Street. (a) No person shall park a vehicle
for a period longer than one hour between
the hours of eight a.m. and five -thirty p.m.
of any day except Saturday, Sunday and
public holidays on the west side of Prospect
Street from Kitsap Street to Bank Street.
(b) There will be three-hour parking on the
north side of Prospect Street from Sidney to
Frederick Street. (c) There will be no
parking on the east side of Prospect Street
from Kitsap Street to Prospect Street corner
between the hours of seven a.m. and eight a.m.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 27th day of October, 1980.
