MAP THEREOF, RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY
THEREON
WHEREAS, William D. Bloomquist owner of record
has initated a zoning ordinance amendment, requesting
reclassification of property described in said petition,
and all legal requirements have been preformed; and
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard Planning
Commission has transmitted to the Council of the City of
Port Orchard, Kitsap County, Washington, a copy of the
City of Port Orchard Planning Commission's findings and
action recommending that the Zoning Map be amended and
for the reasons stated therein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Council
of the City of Port Orchard does hereby adopt the findings
and recommendations of the Planning Commission as it's own
and reclassify'certain property to Multiple -family 20 with
conditions as follows:
1. The applicant to revise the plot plan' to
allow fbr the required side yard set backs
2. That the existing house be removed and both
units be constructed to comply with the
multi -family 20 regulation
3. That satisfactory improvements be made to
Perry Avenue before construction of the units.
4. That both parcels be recorded as one tax lot.
5. Parking facilities be upgraded to eight spaces
to conform with plans as presented
6. Buildings will be constructed in accordance with
plans as submitted.
