AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 17
(SECTION 9.16, CITY OF PORT ORCHARD MUNICIPAL
CODE).
THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the following chapter of the Port
Orchard Municipal Code and Sections therein and ordinances
corresponding thereto be and the same hereby are repealed:

Section 3. EMERGENCY DECLARATION. There exists,
and is hereby declared to exist, and emergency; and this
ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public peace, health and safety of the citizens of
Port Orchard, and shall be in full force and effect immed-
iately upon passage and publication.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 24th day of November, 1980.
