1151 - Ordinance - Repealing Ordinance 1145 and Amending Zoning MapORDINANCE NO. 1151L,/ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1145; AND AMENDING CITY OF PORT ORCHARD ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 899; BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP THEREOF, RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 303 PERRY AVENUE THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1145 amending the City of Port Orchard Zoning Ordinance No. 899; and amending the Zoning map thereof, reclassifying certain property located at 303 Perry Avenue is hereby repealed. SECTION II. WHEREAS, William D. Bloomquist, owner of record, has initiated a zoning ordinance amendment, requesting reclassification of property described in said petition, and all legal requirements have been performed; and WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard Planning Commission has transmitted to the Council of the City of Port Orchard, Kitsap County, Washington, a copy of the City of Port Orchard Planning Commission's findings and action recommending that the Zoning Map be amended for the reasons stated therein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Council of the City of Port Orchard has held a public hearing April 14, 1980 on Zone Reclassification Application as submitted by William D. Bloomquist and does hereby reclassify certain property to Multiple -family 20 with conditions as follows: 1. Applicant must upgrade parking facilities to eight spaces to conform with plans as presented. 2. Buildings will be constructed in accordance with plans as submitted. 3. Both parcels of property are to be converted to one tax lot. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: WM, Lots 11 & 12, Blk Annapolis, Vol 1, P. Sec 25, T24N, R1E, 12, Plat of 64-65.
