1153 - Ordinance - Adopting the Budget for 1981ORDINANCE NO. 1153 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1981 AND LEVYING A TAX SUFFICIENT TO RAISE $135,007 FOR CURRENT EXPENSE PURPOSES AND $72,677 FOR STREET PURPOSES. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the proposed budget of the City of Port Orchard for the year 1981, as prepared, be and the same is hereby adopted in its entirety. Section 2. That there be, and hereby is levied against all of the real estate and personal property within the corporate limits of the City of Port Orchard, not exempt from taxation, a tax sufficient to raise a total of $207,684. Section 3. That there be levied a tax sufficient to raise $135,007 for Current Expense purposes and $72,677 for Street purposes. Section 4. That the total budget of the City of Port Orchard for the year 1981 shall be as recapitulated below: Current Expense Fund: Legislative Dept. $ 23,718 Executive Dept. 17,045 Financial & Admin.
