AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE
YEAR 1980 AND ORDERING APPROPRIATION OF
FUNDS RECEIVED IN EXCESS OF ESTIMATED
REVENUE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DO ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the following appropriations of
revenue received in excess of anticipated amounts and from
unencumbered portions of fund balances are hereby ordered:
(a) An amount of $30,000.00 to Current Expense
Fund for General Government Departmental Services, Police
Dept., Fire Dept. and Park Dept.
(b) An amount of $1,251.47 to Public Works
Employment Act of 1976 - Title II Fund.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Port Orchard
and APPROVED by the Mayor this 22nd day of December, 1980.
