RE: Parking during Property Tax Payment
Dear Meredith,
Thank you for your letter dated April 22, 2011. 1 have spoken with the City Council, the
Mayor, and the Police Chief. All agree that this letter will evidence that the City has no
objection to the following:
1. The County may reserve the two parking stalls previously used by County on
Election Day, which are the last two spots on the Northwest Corner of Division Street
and Cline Avenue.
2. The County may reserve the two parking stalls as noted above for short-term parking
in order to allow residents to drop off their property tax payment for the last two
weeks of April and the last two weeks of October annually.
3. The County will be responsible for all temporary signage during this time period.
4. The City will grant the County permission to utilize the above agreement until or
unless either party terminates this agreement in writing.
