Hello Mr. Drury,
I'm contacting you about your contract as the City's Abatement Hearing Officer, which expires on
December 31, 2020. We would like to exercise the option in Section 2 (Term), to extend the
agreement by one year to December 31, 2021. If this is acceptable to you, it will be sufficient to
confirm with an email stating that you agree to extend the contract to December 31, 2021,
according to all other terms and conditions of the agreement commenced on September 27, 2019.
