A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN INTERLOCAL
AGREEMENT BETWEEN KITSAP COUNTY AND THE
CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The Mayor of the City of Port Orchard
be and hereby is authorized to sign Interlocal Agreement
Between Kitsap County and The City of Port Orchard
relative to "City" and "County" sharing distribution of
$750,000 Community Development Block Grant funds and
providing for Kitsap County staff support to assist in
administering distribution of funds.
PASSED by City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor
of the City of Port Orchard this 28th day of November, 1983.
