1330 - Resolution - Budgetary Transfer Within Federal Shared Revenue BudgetRESOLUTION NO. 1330�1/ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD AUTHORIZING A BUDGETARY TRANSFER WITHIN FEDERAL SHARED REVENUE BUDGET THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: WHEREAS, Federal Shared Revenue Regulations Section 51.15 allows for expending funds less than 25% of total Federal Shared Revenue Budget Monies without public hearings, THEREFORE, the City Treasurer is hereby authorized to transfer the following: The amount of Four Thousand Seventy-three Dollars and no cents to Federal Shared Revenue- Police Department Capital Outlay -Equipment from the following accounts: Federal Shared Revenue -Engineering Capital Outlay -Equipment the amount of One Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Six Dollars and No Cents ($1,736.00); Federal Shared Revenue -Fire Department Repairs and Maintenance the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00); Federal Shared Revenue -Law Enforcement -Equipment the amount of One Thousand Three Hundred Thirty -Seven Dollars and No Cents ($1,337.00). This transfer is to facilitate purchase of a computer system for the Police Department. PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 5th day of December, 1983.
